Dietary Manager, COA

This program of study prepares students with the education and experience necessary to perform the responsibilities of a dietary manager. These professionals work primarily in non-commercial foodservice operations to design nutritious and delicious menus, document dietary care related information, supervise staff, and ensure safe food production. Students in this program may apply coursework to the culinary arts & sustainable food systems AAS degree. As a program accredited by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals, ANFP®, graduates are eligible to sit for a nationally-recognized exam to earn the credential of certified dietary manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM®, CFPP®).
