The academic year is comprised of fall, spring, and summer semesters. Each graduate program has a particular schedule. 

 

Business Administration, Catholic Studies, and Criminal Justice

Two eight-week online sessions each semester (fall, spring, and summer).

 

Fall

Online session 1: late August to mid October

Online session 2: mid-October to mid-December

 

Spring 

Online session 1: mid-January to early March

Online session 2: mid-March to early May

 

Summer

Online session 1: early May to late-June

Online session 2: late June/early July to late August

 

 

Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Nursing, and Philosophy

Sixteen week semesters (fall and spring); summer semesters vary (see below).

Summer (PHL)

Courses may be offered on-ground (four-weeks) or online (seven-weeks), though summer course availability is limited.

 

First Summer

  • On-ground: mid-May to early June.
  • Online: mid-May to late June.

Second Summer

  • On-ground: early June to early July.
  • Online: late June to mid-August.

 

Theology and Catechetics programs (on-ground and online)

Sixteen-week semesters (fall and spring); fifteen week online, three week on-ground, or four week on-ground semester (summer).
