MS Education Accelerated Program

Admission Requirements for Accelerated MS in Education Program 

  1. Apply by completing and submitting an application for the accelerated program (available in the Graduate Admissions Office, Starvaggi Hall) no earlier than the mid-semester date of the second semester of their sophomore year.
  2. Have at least a 3.00 QPA in their undergraduate courses overall.
  3. Education students may take EDU 511 Curriculum in lieu of EDU 360 Middle School Curriculum and EDU 554 Content Area Reading in lieu of EDU 320 Content Area Reading.
  4. Accelerated students may take no more than six graduate credits per semester and no more than nine overall during their undergraduate career.
