Background Course Requirement
Students who have no background in theology will take the following background course before beginning graduate courses: THE 101 Foundations of Catholicism.
Students must achieve a B or better in the background course in order to proceed in the program.
Program Course Requirements
The curriculum components of the Master of Arts degree in Catholic Studies include: CST Core Curriculum (4 courses; 12 credits); and CST Electives (6 courses; 18 credits). The final degree component is an oral exit exam. Please contact the program director for more information regarding the exit exam.
