Career Services
The Career Services Office provides career development and job search services to currently enrolled students and alumni. These services are intended to give individuals career preparation skills and a framework for making career decisions during their time at the University and after they leave.
- Career counseling sessions assist students in choice of major, career development, and career exploration, both online and in person.
- Career preparation workshops, job postings, on-campus and online career fairs, and employer recruitment visits give students opportunities for finding and securing employment.
- Networking opportunities and job searching strategies are employed to take advantage of the most current means of career assistance.
- Work-related internships provide on-the-job experience that builds on academic courses of study and may be awarded academic credit.
- Career prep videos are available under the Career Services tab of MyFranciscan.
Please contact Career Services at 740-284-5251 for more information or to schedule an appointment go to MyFranciscan and select Schedule Appointments. The Career Services Office is located in Starvaggi Hall behind the front counter.
