MUS 1310 THE MATERIALS OF MUSIC I
An introduction to the study of music theory, including rhythm and meter, keys and key relationships, vertical sonorities, harmonic function, texture, melody, and counterpoint. Integrates written and analytical work with singing, aural training and keyboard applications.
