ENG 200 CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS IN LITERARY STUDIES
This course develops the research and writing skills that are essential for producing informed, independent and original literary criticism. Students will learn not only how to evaluate and synthesize the arguments of published critics and theorists, but also how to enter and extend critical arguments or conversations about selected works of literature by advancing interpretations and theories of their own.
