Special Education
The Special Education program is one degree with two majors. These programs meet the coursework requirements for dual licensure in special education (General Curriculum, K-12) and one of the following areas: Elementary Education, Middle Grades (6-9), or
Secondary English (9-12),
Secondary Mathematics (9-12),
Secondary History (9-12) or
Secondary Comprehensive Science with a biology concentration (9-12).

To receive special education certification (in any content area), students are required to take the core requirements for special education:
