PEH 425 PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND HEALTH PRACTICUM K-12
This course is designed to prepare students to effectively teach physical education in K-12 and health in middle and secondary school settings. Course content focuses on curriculum design and implementation using a variety of curricular models, enhanced instructional delivery and classroom management specific to physical education and health settings. Teacher candidates will learn the skills to develop an inclusive classroom that effectively instructs diverse learners, including students in need of adaptive modifications in a physical education setting. Teacher candidates are required to complete clinical hours in three settings: elementary physical education, middle/high school physical education, and middle/high school health.

PEH 211, Junior/senior standing.
