EDUC 621 Seminar in Leadership Development
Variable field experience hours connected to university-based instruction utilized to fulfill program requirements. Teacher leadership track focuses on mentorship and evaluation and continuous improvement of teaching and learning. Initial certification track focuses on requirements of EDTPA portfolio and reflective practices that impact student learning.

This course may be taken only by students who have been admitted to the Master of Education in Elementary Education Program.
