BUS 4132 ADC: Budgeting for Managers

Prepares entry and middle level managers to develop skills required to prepare and manage budgets. Students will learn how to read and interpret accounting reports such as income statements and balance sheets, cost-volume-profit relationships, master budgeting and variance analysis.
