BIO 3200 Advanced Genetics

In-depth study of genetics. Selected topics to be included: gene linkage, chromosome mapping, chemical nature of mutations, protein synthesis and its regulation, transposable genetic element, and gene chemistry, cloning and sequencing - 3 lecture hours. Prerequisites: BIO 2800/BIO 2805 or consent of the instructor.
