MATH 1500 Precalculus
A unified course in plane analytic geometry and trigonometry taught from concrete real-world applications. A variety of data based, contemporary applications are used to motivate the mathematics through modeling and visualization. Applications are integrated with mathematical concepts enabling the students to enhance their intuition and understanding while developing their symbolic, graphical and numerical skills - 3 lecture hours.
