The new Oso Creek Campus houses “Centers of Excellence” for three areas of study: 1) Architecture and Drafting Technology; 2) Biology, Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing (biosciences); and 3) Hospitality and Culinary Arts. The state-of-the-art Culinary Institute is the only one of its kind in the region.
