Discrimination and Harassment Policy for Students
Del Mar College, in its continuing effort to seek equity in education and in support of federal and state anti-discrimination legislation, provides a complaint procedure for the prompt and equitable investigation and resolution of complaints of unlawful discrimination or harassment of students based on their race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, veteran or military status.
The Discrimination and Harassment Complaint procedure provides a process through which the College may receive, respond to, and prevent incidents of alleged discrimination and/or harassment.
