Course Description

CETT 1305. AC CIRCUITS (1-6-3) A study of the fundamentals of alternating current including series and parallel AC circuits; phasors, capacitive and inductive networks, transformers, and resonance. Analyze AC circuits using appropriate mathematical formulas; troubleshoot various AC circuits using schematic diagrams; and apply and interpret basic principles of magnetism. Prerequisite: CETT 1303. 15.1201
