Course Description
SGNL 1301. AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ASL) I (2-2-3) An introduction to the basic skills in production and comprehension of American Sign Language (ASL). Includes the manual alphabet and numbers. Develops conversational ability, culturally appropriate behaviors and exposes students to ASL grammar. Assessment Levels: R1, E1, M1. 16.1603
