PHARMACY LAW PHRA 1202. Pharmacy Law (2-0-2) 51.0805 Overview of federal and state laws governing the practice of pharmacy. The legal and ethical constraints governing pharmacy technician and pharmacist responsibilities in practice settings. Prerequisite: PHRA 1306. Must be taken concurrently with PHRA 1243, 2266. Assessment Levels: R3, E3,M3.
