CJL2072 Civil Rights and Liability in Criminal Justice
This course focuses on the study of ethical thought and issues facing the criminal justice and legal profession regarding law and legal liability. Topics include constitutional law, liability concerns, and codes and standards of conduct that are specific to the criminal justice system. Students will leave this course better suited to make critical decisions as a public servant.
