Organizational Leadership Basics OLB1

This TCC, which is embedded in our Business Management associate degree, will create a pathway for students interested in managerial positions to earn a stackable credential that will result in additional opportunities with their employer. The TCC prepares individuals to become supervisors and leaders in business, commercial or manufacturing facilities. Learning opportunities will introduce, develop, and reinforce students' knowledge, skills and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement in management. This certificate has been developed in conjunction with Goodwilll Industries as a way for their current employees to move up the management ladder within Goodwill. Goodwill Industries has committed to recruiting and marketing this opportunity, as well as paying the tuition and fees for their employees who pursue the TCC and the additional credentials available. Non-Goodwill employees will also be encouraged to pursue this TCC if they are interested in managerial positions and need leadership and performance management experience to further their career goals.
