Zell Miller Scholarship

A student who graduated from high school with a 3.7 or higher GPA on a 4.0 scale and with an SAT score of 1200 or an ACT score of 26, on a single administered test, is eligible for the Zell Miller Scholarship. The Valedictorian or Salutatorian from a high school graduating class is considered automatically eligible, regardless of GPA/SAT/ACT. Current students must meet the GPA/SAT/ACT requirement from high school and have a least a 3.30 GPA at the end-of-spring checkpoint and the 30, 60, or 90 semester hour check points of their college coursework. Students must meet the Georgia residency requirement of the Technical College System of Georgia. Military personnel, his or her spouse, or his or her dependent child shall be treated as a Georgia resident for purposes of Zell Miller Scholarship eligibility if the military personnel is stationed in Georgia on active duty or lists Georgia as his or her home of record. The Zell Miller Scholarship covers 100% tuition. To apply, students may complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.gov.
