Requirements for the Minor

Students Must Complete One Of The Following Tracks:

Cell & Molecular Biology Track

BMB 210	Introduction to Biochemistry and Cell Biology	4

Three BIO courses numbered 300 or above from Groups A (Cell and Molecular Biology) and B (Organisms). Students must complete at least one elective course from Group A and Group B and at least one of these courses must have a lab component (four credit hour courses). At least two of the three upper-level courses must be BIO courses.

Four BIO courses numbered 300 or above from Groups B (Organisms) and C (Ecology and Evolution). Students must complete at least one elective course from Group B and Group C and at least one of these courses must have a lab component (four credit hour courses). At least three of the four upper-level courses must be BIO courses. BNS 330 can count towards this requirement.
