POL 461 The Construction of Europe

A study of the three European institutions housed in Strasbourg, France: The European Union (EU), The Council of Europe, and the European Court of Human Rights. In part, the course uses a case study approach, focusing on current issues being debated and decided in Strasbourg, the administrative center of Europe.
