EDEC 306 Design and Management of Infant/Toddler and Preschool Programs
Provides practical, hands-on experiences to future administrators of infants, toddlers and preschool children’s development centers with emphasis on the role of program administrator as mentor, coach and instructional leader. Latest trends affecting the childcare services and workforce, including job descriptions and hiring practices, program evaluation, facility planning and management are addressed.
