Mission Statement

The intent of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) is to embrace and enhance student learning by cultivating such skills and sensibilities as innovation, collaboartion, ethics, and creativity.  The focus on leadership is integral to the MBA's curriculum and outcomes.  The degree requires the completion of 36 credits.

The Augustana University (AU) Leadership Academy is a key component in the MBA program that is intentionally designed to connect students with community leaders through mentorship and leadership development opportunities.  The mission is to foster relationships among corporate leaders, alumni and current students to provide an invaluable link between academic theories and on-the-job realities.
