Topics include: educator to learner relationships, effective and reflective listening skills, emotional influences and needs of todays learner, destructive verses constructive tactics, learner motivation, cultivating positive relationships, challenges for all learner styles, timed lecturing, and preparing for a lecture method of teaching.
