GRN 8101 Healthcare Leadership and Innovation

This course examines leadership development and innovation strategies for doctorally-prepared nurses to influence healthcare systems. Advanced communication and collaboration skills, team building, and data-driven decision-making concepts will be presented enabling students to analyze and enhance their leadership acumen. Students will further explore the impact of cultural and ethical factors on leading change in complex healthcare systems.
