BIOL 4360 Responsible Conduct for the Science Professional
This course is designed to introduce undergraduate students majoring in the biological sciences to the professional expectations of a career in biomedical sciences. The course will address development of mentor-mentee relationships, training in responsible conduct in research, familiarization with institution committees which govern scientific research with animals, humans, and recombinant genetic materials.
Prerequisite
7 credit hours of Science and Mathematics. To allow for STEM majors who may have an interest in learning more about the science profession, this course, 7 credit hours of Science and Mathematics(UIW core requirement) will be the prerequisite
