EDUC 6333 Action Research
This course provides students with the theoretical framework for understanding key ideas central to research on teaching and learning. Action research, a qualitative method of systematically assessing educational practices through reflective practice, is designed to improve outcomes in classrooms, university learning assistance centers, and corporate and community learning environments. This class explores ways to apply knowledge of teaching and learning acquired through research to establish policy and transform practice. This course is designed for educators and practitioners who want to strengthen teaching and learning in diverse contexts.
