Billing Procedures
Chapter 33 Post 9-11 GI Bill® and Chapter 31 Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) will pay eligible tuition and fees directly to the university. The Military and Veteran Center will invoice the VA after the 100% drop date. The Military and Veteran Center will inform the Business Office of the expected VA payment. Once enrollment has been certified to the VA, the student is not held financially responsible for any potential delayed VA payment of eligible tuition and fees under Chapter 33 Post 9-11 GI Bill® or Chapter 31 Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E). Any ineligible tuition and fees not covered under Chapter 33 Post 9-11 GI Bill® or Chapter 31 Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E), such as parking permits, fines, dorms, meal plans, or insurance fees, will be the responsibility of the student and payment arrangements must be made with the Business Office in accordance with their policies.
All other chapters and benefits are paid directly to the student, and payment arrangements must be made with the Business Office in accordance with their policies.
