MS 3415 Applied Team Leadership II

This course uses increasingly intense situational leadership challenges to build cadet awareness and skills in leading tactical operations up to platoon level. They will also conduct military briefings and develop proficiency in garrison operation orders. The focus is on exploring, evaluating, and developing skills in decision-making, persuading, and motivating team members in the contemporary operating environment (COE).

MS 2305 and MS 2315 OR Permission of the professor of Military Science

  • In addition to the prerequisite courses, students who enroll in this course must have signed a contract as an Army cadet.
  • This course is the last Army ROTC course a cadet will take prior to attending Cadet Leader Course.
