MS 3405 Applied Team Leadership I

In this course, students are challenged to study, practice, and evaluate adaptive team leadership skills as they are presented with the demands of the ROTC Cadet Leaders Course (CLC). Challenging scenarios related to small unit tactical operations are used to develop self-awareness and critical thinking skills. Students will receive systematic and specific feedback on their leadership abilities. Based on such feedback, as well as their own self-evaluations, cadets continue to develop their leadership and critical thinking abilities.
