MS 1205 Fundamentals of Leadership and Management
This course provides an overview of the leadership fundamentals, such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, presenting briefs, providing feedback, and using effective writing skills. Students will explore dimensions of leadership attributes and core leader competencies in the context of practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. The course includes outside activities such as Physical Readiness Training (PRT), Field Training Exercises (FTXs) and Leadership Labs.

Contracted Cadets are required to participate in all SROTC activities as stated in their contract.
