KEHP 3334 Strength and Conditioning

This course will review basic exercise science, fitness assessment, and program design. Students will apply this knowledge to practice safe exercise techniques and effective training instruction with a variety of exercise modalities. Successful completion of the course will prepare students for certification in personal training. Fitness Assessment and Exercise Prescription will be required prior to the course.
