ENGL 3335 Survey of Classical Greek and Roman Literature

Part of the Literary Studies and criticism branch of the UIW English program this course is an introduction and examination of the Ancient Greek and Roman Classical Periods of Literature. This course situates the study of literary production within the Ancient Greek and Roman cultural and historical contexts by examining the genres of epic, drama, poetry, and relevant philosophical tracts.
