EDRD 3337 Developing the Strategic Reader

Developing the Strategic Reader examines research-based strategies and best practices for vocabulary development, study skills, reading comprehension, and listening comprehension. Emphasis will be placed on the Science of Teaching Reading, the development of vocabulary and comprehension skills, and the application of children’s literature in literacy instruction. This course is one of five in the Literacy Minor.
