MGT 4348 Supply Chain Management
This course explores the major concepts of the supply chain. Students will learn supply chain strategy as well as tools and methodologies for its implementation. Students will learn how to manage the operations and logistics function as they effect suppliers and customers. Students will develop an understanding of how to manage business functions across companies in the supply chain, as well as the impact of demand on the supply chain and the competitive advantages that can result. Students will also learn about the importance of supply chain performance, measurement and management.
