CRJU 30703 Crime Mapping
An exploration of the many ways Geographical Information Systems (GIS) technology is used for crime mapping and pattern analysis. The course provides a general overview of crime mapping techniques, including their theoretical background, application, trends and future directions. The course has an integrated lab component that is designed to introduce the student to the software application ArcGIS.
