Mathematical Sciences (BS)
The Mathematical Sciences major is a springboard for students to pursue successful careers and graduate study in fields like statistics, scientific programming, public health, applied mathematics and teaching. Students will become fluent in at least two computer languages (R and Python) and will be prepared for careers applying mathematics, statistics and modeling in many STEM industries.
