NUR 22600 Adult Health II
The Nursing Process is applied to care for adult patients with health conditions related to the areas of body defense and the respiratory component of gaseous transfer, as well as elements of the 7 Basic Human Needs. Clinical experiences are provided in the Nursing Skills/Simulation Laboratory and in acute care and other medical-surgical settings in the community.
Prerequisite
NUR 14400 (with a grade of 'C+ or higher);
NUR 14600 (with a grade of 'C+' or higher); ENG 10200, SPE 10100, and
BIO 11100 (with a grade of C or higher)
Corequisite
BIO 20700 and a course from one of the following Gen Ed categories: The Arts or World History and Global Awareness or World Languages (if the student has completed prior to NUR 22600 they must achieve a grade of C or higher)
