PSY 150 Applied Early Childhood Development I

This Developmental Child Psychology course is designed for students interested in working with young children.  Students will obtain a field based experiential view of the Early Childhood profession, supported by weekly seminars in child development concepts  and theories.  A minimum of four (4) hours a week observing and participating in the field will be required in addition to a 3-hour in class seminar.  Weekly reflective journals, child observation forms, class discussion and small group activity planning are some of the requirements.
