9.4 Address Changes and Mailing Lists

Various mailing lists are maintained on campus. These lists are maintained for campus use and should not be released to off-campus individuals, churches, agencies, or businesses. Requests (for University use) for specific rosters or labels should be directed to the appropriate office identified below.

Alumni Public Relations
Constituents Development
Churches Development
Prospective Student Admissions

Since several offices use student, employee, and alumni addresses on a regular basis, any office learning of address changes should share that information via email to the appropriate office.
