MAC 210 Introduction to Motion Design
Motion graphics and motion design are becoming increasingly vital, creative, and technical capacities for digital media production. This course focuses on the fundamental concepts, processes, and tools involved in motion design for the media arts: keyframe editing and interpolation, masking, effects, character rigging, camera movements, and titling. Students will become familiar with the interface of Adobe After Effects while exploring concepts of rhythm, space, and time, and will apply concepts and techniques to various assignments.
