POLS 302 The American Presidency

This course examines the institution and practices of the American presidency. More specifically it encourages students to analyze the role and structure of this office as well as different ideas about presidential power and influence. Particular attention is paid to the presidency and policy making media coverage checks and balances the Constitution and public opinion.
