Narrative

Through our Resort Management diploma program, you will be prepared to tackle any guest services and managerial challenges faced in the resort, club, food and beverage and hotel operations fields. Our graduates are employed in positions such as resort front desk supervisor, banquet supervisor, food and beverage supervisor, event administrative assistant, and human resource assistant.

Features

The Resort Management diploma provides you with the managerial, technical, and operational expertise that is essential to pursuing a career in the resort or club segment of the hospitality industry. We emphasize the basic tenants of guest service, leadership, communication, teamwork and problem solving. The program offers opportunities for certificates from AHLEI, STR, Cvent, Social Table and Open Table. Also included in course offerings are an entourage of hospitality industry specific simulations, training in hospitality accounting and finance competencies, and how to operate and manage Excel. Our program and its content were developed with extensive input from the hospitality industry.
