Guided Pathways

A Guided Pathway Sheet is the structured list of courses recommended by the program faculty for a student to take in order to complete a particular North Shore Community College’s academic program’s degree requirements. These documents have been created to enhance student transfer and assist students with their course selections.

Guided Pathway Sheets also provide key advising information on each program and denote when courses are only offered in certain semesters or are only online. In addition, the Guided Pathway Sheet provides comprehensive information on courses within a program that have a credit for prior learning option where students can demonstrate their mastery of competency in an alternative format.
