- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Advising Notes
This program is intended upon completion to prepare a student for the Dental Assisting National Board's (DANB) National Entry Level Dental Assistant (NELDA) Exam. Upon scoring high enough on this exam, a student is eligible for entry level employment as a dental assistant.

We strongly recommend students take the Accuplacer Placement Exam in the Center for Alternative Studies prior to registration for advising purposes.

Students must pay in full, for each course, at the time of registration or make arrangements for a payment plan.
