This course provides students with the tools needed to communicate effectively and efficiently in a dynamic business environment. The course incorporates the latest trends in workplace communication technology to help students develop suitable business messages. Topics include: ethical and intercultural communications, business etiquette skills, composing business messages, customer service, business reports, and sales presentations.
