IST 499C Senior Seminar

(3-0-3) This course will integrate and synthesize students' knowledge of international political, economic, cultural and social relationships between nation-states, as well as the influence of international governmental and non-governmental organizations on those relationships, as well as on domestic and foreign policies. Students will develop a more thorough understanding of societal and cultural similarities and differences across nations through a dialogue with other students focused around their international study abroad experiences. Students will study and attempt to gain a better understanding of current issues facing the globe through an analysis and interpretation of current international events and what these events mean for the future.
