Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.)
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program prepares registered nurses with broad knowledge and practice expertise that builds and expands on baccalaureate nursing generalist practice. MSU offers two MSN tracks focused on the role of the nurse educator and on nursing leadership and management in addition to graduate certificate programs in both track areas. Development of a fuller understanding of the discipline of nursing through mastery of the Essentials of Master’s Education in Nursing fosters engagement in higher-level practice and leadership in a variety of practice and academic settings.
